Radish's proprietor and head chef, Mark Fetterman, transitioned into catering after 20 years as a successful television commercial producer in Los Angeles where Mark unwound from his producing duties by cooking. Soon designing menus and producing dinner parties, BBQ's, lunches, brunches and a couple of family weddings garnered attention and guests were asking Mark to produce and cater their events. Mark launched Radish in 2015 and counts some of Los Angeles' most prominent families as regular clients.
Radish offers everything: hors d'oeuvres for 200 and dinner parties for 8, adult parties, kid's parties, omelette bars, bbq's, Moroccan feasts, incredible taco parties, handmade pasta, and a million other delicacies we don't have time to list. We offer wine and beer, regular full bars,
and work with one of the best artisanal cocktail 'chefs' in the world. We love 'sneaking in' vegetarian and vegan goodies that are so tasty your guests won't even notice they're getting their fiber and phytonutrients in between the more decadent fare.
And we love making desserts - from the world's best brownies and chocolate chip cookies to homemade ice cream, cheesecake, bananas Foster, apple pies, vegan and gluten free goodies, we could keep going......
